Philip Gronstedt is a Vice President at Growth Catalyst Partners. He joined GCP in September 2026 after spending over eight years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining GCP, Philip was a Vice President at Tercera, a middle-market private equity firm focused on tech-enabled services businesses. Before Tercera, he was an Associate at BV Investment Partners, investing in software and tech-enabled companies. Philip also has experience in M&A advisory from his time at William Blair.
